Films, documentaries, games, brain games, software and AI tools, all behind the same login. You move between them whenever you feel like it.
Is there anything else to pay once I am in?
No. Everything you can see in the catalogue is part of your subscription.
Do you add new things?
Yes, across every category and all year round, not only in the one you use most.
Are there ads?
None. No ad breaks, no pre-rolls and no countdown before the thing you came for.
Your account
How do I create an account?
Choose your plan, give us an email address and complete the payment. Your access is ready straight away.
I cannot remember my password
Use the "forgot your password" link on the login screen and we will email you a way back in.
Can I change the email on my account?
Write to us from the address you signed up with and tell us the new one. We will take care of it.
Devices
Which devices can I use?
Your phone, your tablet, your computer and your TV, through the browser. Nothing to install.
Can I access from several devices at the same time?
Yes, once you have created your ZONUBI account, you will be able to access the service with up to 5 devices at the same time.
Billing and payment
How much does it cost?
From €29.99. You always see the exact amount before you confirm anything.
When am I charged?
The first charge happens when you subscribe, and it renews on its own at the end of each period until you cancel. Your account shows the date of the next one.
Which payment methods can I use?
The cards shown at checkout, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.
How will the charge look on my statement?
It appears as zonubi.com. If you see something you do not recognise, write to us and we will look into it.
Cancelling
How do I cancel?
From your account, in a couple of clicks, or from the unsubscribe page. No phone call and no small print to hunt for.
What happens to my access?
You keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, nothing else is charged.
Can I come back later?
Whenever you like. Subscribe again with the same email and pick up where you left off.
